We want you to be totally satisfied with your order! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or your order is incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Items purchased from retailers must be returned to the place of purchase. They will facilitate your return or warranty claim.

Items purchased at sernashotsalsa.com can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date if damaged in transit. For product that is not to your satisfaction please ship back to us the jar with at least ¾ of the product remaining.

How should I ship my return to Serna’s Hot Salsa?

Please be sure to ship with a carrier that provides you with tracking information such as UPS or FedEx. We suggest adding insurance to your shipment as well. Serna’s Hot Salsa will not be responsible for lost, misdirected or undelivered shipments.

How long will my refund take? 

Turnaround time for replacements is usually 1-2 weeks including ship time if the item is in stock. Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Credits may take up to 5 days to post on your account. Replacements will be treated as new orders; shipping and handling charges may apply.
